1. General Policies

Class Format & Communication

• Classes are held offline or online (Zoom), based on student needs.

Progress Tracking

• Each student receives a detailed progress sheet tracking lessons, performance, and assignments.
• We follow IB philosophy and ATL skills (critical thinking, time management, emotional well-being).

Personalized Support

• We offer professional assessment for students with study resistance or learning difficulties.
• Solutions blend educational psychology and IB-aligned strategies.

2. Confidentiality & Account Security

• All personal and academic information shared remains strictly confidential.
• Website credentials are for enrolled students only. Sharing login details is strictly prohibited.

Note: Violations may result in immediate termination without a refund.

3. Subscription Plans

A. Fixed Subscription

• 10-month commitment (September–June). Early cancellations adjust pricing.
• Payment due every 4 weeks (not monthly).
• The first invoice includes 4 weeks of classes + reservation deposit.
• Holidays: Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, and 1 week for spring/winter break.
• Extra student absences may not be compensated but considered case-by-case.

B. Flexible Subscription

• Ideal for flexible scheduling.
• Excessive cancellations may lead to a plan review or change.
• Payment is made in advance per package (e.g., 4 classes).

4. Payment Policy

• Payments must be completed before a new cycle.
• Unpaid packages will result in suspension.
• Fixed subscriptions follow a 4-week cycle (every 4 Fridays).

5. Cancellations & Make-Up Policy

• Cancel at least one day before class by 6 PM.
• Late cancellations = class considered taken (unless emergency).
• Frequent cancellations may result in ending classes and refunding remaining amount.

6. Progress & Homework

• Progress reports and homework shared regularly.
• No penalties for struggling students — smart strategies are used instead.
• We apply gamification, diagnostic feedback, and fun structured learning.
• IB-aligned platform with interactive materials.
• Parenting support available for better home learning environment.
• SAT, ACT, EST students must follow preparation advice for best results.

7. Agreement

By continuing your subscription, you acknowledge these terms and commit to a respectful, growth-oriented learning journey for your child.

8. Additional Notes

• If a student appears emotionally overwhelmed, we explore causes and suggest solutions.
• Strong internet & quiet environment required for online classes.
• Teacher slots are limited. Schedule changes must be requested in advance.

9. Tax & Legal Responsibility

• TeacherUsama.com does not manage taxes for clients.
• Clients must comply with local tax laws.
• Receipts or invoices available upon request.
